I became passionate about supporting mothers and families in the early postpartum through my own experience of having my 3 children (23, 20 and 17) and while supporting my family and friends.
It was then that I came to appreciate how much there is to learn in our new roles as mothers and fathers, and how challenging the transition to parenthood can be.
I have a BA in Business Management and have worked, while raising kids, in Marketing in the High Tech industry for many years, before I became a stay-at-home mom in 2002.
I am a DONA certified Postpartum Doula as well as a Breastfeeding Counselor and Educator with Nursing Mothers Counsel and a Baby Care instructor with Blossom Birth and Family and Sutter Health. I have completed coursework in Adult and Infant CPR.

I was recently interviewed for Career Up Now’s Socially Distanced Close Ups where I shared my career and life wisdom. Definitely check it out! 10 minutes
