"We feel so lucky to have found you at such a magical, special and challenging time in our lives. Thank you for the many ways in which you made our journey to becoming a family so much smoother than it otherwise would've been!"

"Rotem's help has truly been a blessing. Our baby arrived a month early. With no family in town to help us, Rotem quickly became an invaluable asset. We all felt loved and cared for as we learned the basics of parenting a new born."

"I am a first time mom and was really overwhelmed by the task of learning what to do with my baby. I really thought I could handle this new role without any problems but had no idea how demanding being a 1st time mother really is. Not having family near I really felt all alone and hiring Rotem was the best thing we could have done, she was truly a life saver. She was terrific with helping me out and was amazing with my little boy, I looked forward to her coming and she really helped empower me as a first time mom. I truly believe that I would not have been as successful at getting through the early months without her."

"Thank you so much for nurturing me after the arrival of our baby boy. Thanks for all the love and support. I will remember you for the good care you took. I owe much of my health, return to a ‘normal’ state of mind, recovery and breastfeeding success to you. I am so lucky to have met you! Thanks for being a part of our lives."

"Rotem has been such a blessing and I'm so happy to have her in my life! She helped me through one of the most challenging times of my life. She helped to give me confidence as a mother by supporting my maternal instincts that were starting to develop. She have become a cherished friend for life."

"Rotem was invaluable to our family in the first couple of months postpartum. Her calm, flexible manner was extremely comforting. She balanced careful listening and observation with helpful suggestions to make the transition to life with a newborn go more smoothly. Her gentle, motherly manner was wonderful with the entire family. She even brought over a thoughtful gift for my three and a half year old daughter on her first visit. They continued to connect more and more with each visit. Having three children herself, she knows how to support kids and babies alike. Rotem is also an excellent cook and gave me recipe ideas that are quick, delicious, and healthy that I continue to make. The thing that impressed me the most about Rotem was her amazing productivity. One day I had left a list of things that I hadn't gotten to around the house. She was only going to be at our home for a couple of hours and I never thought she'd get to everything that day. Not only did she finish that list, but asked what else needed to be done! Rotem is an amazing help during an exciting yet challenging life transition."

"We found Rotem four weeks after our baby was born at which point we were exhausted and very sleep deprived. We knew we could use the help but didn't really know what to expect from a postpartum doula. The first day Rotem came in, she just very comfortably fit in and helped with getting a rhythm to our day. Most importantly, she made sure we were well fed - we were forgetting to eat because we were so focused on the baby's schedule. Rotem is very fast and efficient around the house - I really appreciated her help in the kitchen - she would keep the kitchen tidy and make meals as required without us having to ask. This being our first baby, we sometimes didn't know what we needed - Rotem was excellent at anticipating where her help would be most needed before we could even ask for help. She is also very dependable and is easy to talk to. As first time parents, it helped to have someone to talk to about various issues such as with breastfeeding or sleep schedules or styles of parenting. Since she is a parent of three children herself, it was very helpful to discuss parenting issues with her - the nice part is that Rotem is very non-judgmental and respectful in her views on parenting and does not impose her views. The other useful thing for us was that Rotem would bring information about resources within the community on various issues such as information about lactation consultants or parenting classes or parent clubs - which was a huge help to us. Rotem volunteers at Blossom Birth in Palo Alto and is very well informed about the resources available in the local babycare community in the Peninsula and the Bay Area. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience with Rotem - she made our journey into parenthood with our first baby a lot more easy and manageable so we could focus on cherishing the experience and our baby".
