About Me
Becoming a parent can sometimes be an overwhelming transition. For nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families through their early parenting journeys. I understand how challenging those first weeks can be, and I offer guidance, reassurance, and practical support. I firmly believe that 'it takes a village to raise a child,' and in my work, I strive to bring a little of that village to families during the early days of parenthood.
I hold a BA in Business Management and have worked for many years in marketing within the high-tech industry while raising my own children.
I am a certified Postpartum Doula (DONA) and a Breastfeeding Counselor and Educator (CAPPA). I teach Newborn Care and Breastfeeding classes, lead support groups with Sutter Health and Blossom Birth and Family, and volunteer with Nursing Mothers Counsel.
