I offer postpartum and breastfeeding support both independently and as an in-network provider for Kaiser Permanente clients, and I’m also Carrot Fertility–approved.

In-Home Daytime Support

I provide personalized support for families, including newborn care and sleep, feeding and breastfeeding guidance, postpartum recovery, bonding with your baby, infant soothing, and light household help.

Lactation Services

I support families in meeting their breastfeeding goals by offering personalized education and hands-on guidance. This includes helping establish a healthy milk supply and effective milk transfer, improving positioning and latch, relieving pain, creating sustainable feeding routines, supporting pumping and flange fitting, and providing ongoing care throughout your breastfeeding journey.
